Building Insurance	Safety Net Home Protection If your home is damaged by an Insured Event and the cost of repairing or rebuilding it exceeds the Sum Insured, then if necessary we will pay up to a further 25% of your Sum Insured to: repair damage; or rebuild your home; or pay you what it would reasonably cost us to repair or rebuild your home. Lifetime guarantee on home repairs Flood and Storm damage cover Temporary housing during repairs up to 10% of the sum insured Add your choice of options: Variable excess Accidental damage Storm damage to gates and fences Damage to electric motors Some options incur an additional premium.
Contents Insurance	Cover for CDs and DVDs up to the sum insured Household computer equipment included as part of your contents Damage caused by power surges Add your choice of options: Variable excess Accidental damage Storm damage to gates and fences Damage to electric motors An additional premium is payable for this option.
Personal Effects Note: This product must be purchased with Contents Insurance.	Cover for accidental loss or damage Replacement cover Choice of specified or unspecified cover No excess on specified items
